BDM International is an international consulting firm with a reputation for excellence. Our staff are academics and practitioners with years of experience in their fields. Initially established as a research organization, the goals and services provided by BDMI expended with the needs of our clients. Currently, we provide services to organizations operating on three continents and in more than a dozen countries. We stand by the belief that the customer always comes first and no job is too small.
The founder and senior partner of BDMI is Bruce D. McDonald, III. Bruce is a graduate of the London School of Economics, where he earned his master’s degree in economic history, and Florida State University, where he received a Ph.D. in public administration. He is also a former legislative aide, having work for U.S. Senator Bob Graham and U.S. Representative Allen Boyd. Academically, his research has focused on local government finance and defense policy. His success as a researcher can be seen in his publication record. Professionally, Bruce’s consulting interest relate to local government forecasting, nonprofit development and management, and program analysis.
BDMI is also the home to a number of junior associates, each of whom has obtained the highest of academic and professional qualifications. Our junior associates include a former educator with experience in education policy and curriculum development, a government auditor with experience in program reviews and data analysis, and a former auditor general, with experience financial management and auditing.
